Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $90000 - $110000 annually

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of new and renewal business focusing on entertainment packages property inland marine general liability automobile umbrella and workers compensation lines.
• Develop and negotiate pricing coverage terms and conditions for all new and renewal accounts.
• Collaborate with underwriters operations claims loss control marketing regulatory and senior management to deliver innovative solutions.
• Implement and manage effective pricing and rate strategies to ensure profitability and book growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key producers clients and other stakeholders.
• Drive new business development and maintain successful producer relations.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of underwriting experience preferably in entertainment multi-line packages including film and television.
• Proven sales and marketing capabilities with a track record of closing deals.
• Demonstrated success in marketing producer management and new business development.
• Strong risk analysis skills and experience handling complex accounts.
• Proficiency in the underwriting process and ability to collaborate effectively with an Underwriting Assistant.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients producers and internal teams.
• In-depth knowledge of technical issues compliance coverage products and pricing strategies.
• Adaptability and creativity in a dynamic and fast-paced business environment.
