Description
We are seeking a Trainer who designs develops and revises complex interactive virtual learning and/or instructor-led courses of a technical nature.
Clearance
A current Top-Secret/SCIwith polygraph security clearance is required. Candidates cannot be sponsored or nominated for a government security clearance under this position.
Experience
Bachelors Degree in Communications EngineeringComputer Engineering Computer Science Electrical Engineering Information Systems MathematicsEducation Liberal Arts or similar degree or equivalent. A Masters Degree may be substituted for twoyears of experience thereby reducing the total years of experience to three (3). In lieu of a Bachelorsdegree four (4) years of additional experience may be substituted.

Required skills:
- Ten (10) years of experience planning and managing training development for largeprogramsperforming Instructional Designdeveloping formal classroom courses workshops andseminarsand developing online web-based training distance learning presentations training planscourses and materials of a technical nature
- Three (3) years SIGINT related experience within the intelligence Community
- Current certification through Natl Cryptologic University (NCU)
- Five (5) yearstraining experience with digital signals processing
- Experience with curriculum development and maintenance
- Experience with administrating virtual training
- Ability to travel
- C experience
