A rapidly growing technology and business solutions organization is seeking an experienced Enterprise Solutions & Transformation Consultant to support strategic client engagements and complex solution initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of consulting solution design pre-sales and stakeholder engagement. The successful candidate will work closely with executive decision-makers helping organizations identify scalable solutions and adopt industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in client discovery sessions solution workshops and executive-level discussions.
Support complex proposal and solution development initiatives for enterprise clients.
Collaborate with sales product and implementation teams to align business requirements with solution capabilities.
Guide customers through digital transformation initiatives and process improvement opportunities.
Translate business challenges into practical scalable technology solutions.
Assist in solution scoping business case development and value-driven recommendations.
Influence stakeholders toward best-practice adoption and long-term strategic outcomes.
Contribute to go-to-market initiatives and enterprise solution positioning.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders throughout the engagement lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

3 5 years of experience in enterprise consulting pre-sales business transformation solution advisory or related roles.
Experience working with enterprise software SaaS platforms or technology-driven business solutions.
Strong understanding of enterprise buying processes and complex stakeholder environments.
Demonstrated ability to lead discovery discussions and consult with senior business leaders.
Excellent presentation communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong project coordination and stakeholder management capabilities.
Bachelors degree required; advanced degree preferred.

Preferred Experience

Experience supporting large-scale business transformation initiatives.
Exposure to workflow automation information management digital operations business process optimization or enterprise technology solutions.
Experience working with proposal-driven or consultative sales environments.
Ability to bridge business requirements with technology-enabled solutions.
