The Windchill PLM & MCAD Enterprise Solution Specialist III at Jabil Inc. is a key technical and strategic role responsible for designing implementing and supporting complex enterprise solutions that align with business objectives and drive operational excellence.

Job Responsibilities:**

* Lead the analysis design and implementation of enterprise-level software solutions focusing on systems integration data management and application architecture.
* Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs ensuring scalability security and maintainability.
* Collaborate with various stakeholders including business users IT teams and external vendors to gather requirements define scope and ensure successful project delivery.
* Provide expert-level technical guidance and support for existing enterprise applications troubleshooting complex issues and optimizing performance.
* Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for solution architectures configurations and operational procedures.
* Evaluate new technologies and solutions recommending strategic adoptions that enhance business capabilities and efficiency.
* Mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of best practices within the solutions architecture team.
* Manage project timelines resources and deliverables for assigned solution initiatives.
* Ensure compliance with company standards industry regulations and security policies in all solution designs and implementations.
* Participate in pre-sales activities including solution demonstrations and technical presentations as required.

Job Qualifications:**

* Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or a related field.
* 7-10 years of progressive experience in enterprise Windchill PLM and MCAD solutions architecture design and implementation with a strong focus on complex integrated systems.
* Proven expertise in at least one major enterprise resource planning (ERP) system (e.g. SAP Oracle Microsoft Dynamics) and/or manufacturing execution system (MES).
* Strong understanding of integration patterns and technologies (e.g. API management ESB ETL tools).
* Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure Google Cloud Platform) and their application in enterprise solutions.
* Proficiency in database technologies (e.g. SQL Server Oracle NoSQL) and data modeling.
* Excellent analytical problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
* Exceptional communication (written and verbal) presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
* Relevant industry certifications (e.g. TOGAF ITIL specific platform certifications) are a plus.
