Job Title: Enterprise Project Manager / Scrum Master Consultant
Location:Columbia South Carolina
Duration: 12 Months
Work Schedule: Fully Onsite

Seeking an experienced Scrum Master / Enterprise Project Manager to facilitate Agile Scrum processes and support the successful delivery of high-quality enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate will guide Agile teams remove project impediments coordinate Scrum ceremonies and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

• Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies including:
  • Daily stand-ups
  • Sprint planning
  • Sprint reviews
  • Sprint retrospectives
  • Backlog refinement sessions
• Ensure adherence to Scrum framework and Agile best practices
• Remove blockers and impediments impacting team productivity
• Collaborate with product owners stakeholders and development teams to ensure timely project delivery
• Communicate project status risks and issues to leadership and stakeholders
• Promote continuous improvement through team coaching and feedback sessions
• Track KPIs and ensure delivery of high-quality products and solutions
• Support hybrid project environments utilizing both Agile and Waterfall methodologies

• 3 years of Scrum Master experience
• 3 years of Azure DevOps experience
• 3 years leading Scrum ceremonies
• 3 years of DB querying and programming experience
• 3 years using Agile project management tools
• 3 years working in hybrid Agile/Waterfall environments
• Bachelors degree (completed and verifiable)

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification
• Government project experience
• ERP project experience
