The Role:

The Enterprise Project Manager leads complex cross-functional initiatives that support strategic business objectives across technology operations finance human resources compliance and other enterprise functions. This role is responsible for planning executing and delivering projects on time and within scope while partnering with business leaders technical teams and vendors to drive successful outcomes. The Enterprise Project Manager ensures effective governance risk management stakeholder communication and continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning execution and delivery of enterprise-wide projects ensuring alignment with organizational strategy timelines budgets and business objectives.
  • Partner with business leaders technical teams and vendors to coordinate project activities manage resources and drive successful implementation of technology and operational initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain project plans documentation risk mitigation strategies and governance processes while proactively managing project scope timelines and dependencies.
  • Communicate project status risks milestones and recommendations to stakeholders and executive leadership through regular reporting and presentations.
  • Promote project management best practices by supporting quality assurance continuous improvement regulatory compliance and successful project closeout activities.

This is a hybrid position coming into the El Segundo office 1x per month.

Work Schedule: Business hours are 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Pacific Time. Depending on the position and business needs employees may be required to work any scheduled shift within these operating hours.

What You Bring to the Table:

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Information Technology Healthcare Administration or a related field required.
  • 10 years of experience leading complex cross-functional projects including enterprise IT initiatives such as system implementations infrastructure cybersecurity cloud or digital transformation projects; healthcare experience preferred.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred; PgMP Lean Six Sigma or SAFe certifications are a plus.
  • Experience managing enterprise IT project portfolios using Jira and other project management tools with a strong understanding of Agile Waterfall and hybrid delivery methodologies.
  • Strong communication leadership organizational and stakeholder management skills with the ability to partner effectively with technical and business teams.
