An Enterprise Architect 3 will evaluate the needs for TxDOT for next generation data warehouse platform. Architect the solution and development path forward to modernize the data management abilities that benefits TxDOTs current and future data needs. The focus of this role is to manage the execution of its Data Management Strategy development exercise. This resource will provide thought leadership and best practices for developing the Data Management strategy at TxDOT. This resource will be also accountable for the overall execution of the strategy exercise and associated deliverables. They work with client leaders for strategic initiatives around digital transformation cloud enablement and decision sciences to define the approach roadmap and execution plans.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Experience with Enterprise Data Management architecture.
2. Experience with solution development.
3. Ability to architect and implement solutions based on emerging technologies and technical landscape.
4. Working on state/local agencies.
