ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed both major and minor which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
1. Partner with line of business and business unit leaders to develop business strategy
2. Translate strategic objectives into cross-functional execution plans that enable the realization of desired outcomes.
3. On an ongoing basis identify opportunities and develop initiatives to accelerate performance against strategic goals and objectives.
4. Lead the development of and present recommendations to address strategic business needs.
5. Perform qualitative and quantitative analyses to support strategic rationale and measure results.
6. Lead cross-functional teams to clarify execution tactics and plans to achieve strategic goals.
7. Facilitate and drive project meetings with senior business leaders business partners and SMEs.
8. Develop guide and mentor less tenured teammates.
9. Develop and drive consistent adoption of templates processes and approaches to streamline core and common functions including meetings business overviews headcount tracking and management HR initiatives etc.
10. Support a culture of collaboration and trust through frequent and transparent communication professionalism and respect.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelors degree in Business or equivalent education and related training or experience to include 8 years of experience in positions that carry increasing levels of responsibility including experience in strategy or business consulting
2. Critical-thinking skills; ability to break-down large abstract problems or questions into sub-components and develop comprehensive and cohesive recommendations with supporting data/rationale
3. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
4. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
5. Excellent interpersonal skills ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels in the organization
6. Advanced proficiency with MS Office tools: PowerPoint Excel and Word
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Strong knowledge and experience in strategic planning and execution including creating and executing comprehensive
2. Proven ability to collaborate across organizational silos
3. Ability to think strategically while delivering tactically
4. Ability to translate and present complex data in a manner that educates enhances understanding and influences decisions
5. Advanced skills in data visualization and storytelling
6. Strong executive presence and communication skills
7. Sense of urgency and ability to multi-task and manage competing projects in a deadline-driven environment
