Job Summary
Enterprise Architect

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect to define and drive the organizations technology strategy ensuring alignment with business goals. The role involves designing scalable secure and cost-effective enterprise solutions guiding architecture decisions and enabling digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the enterprise architecture framework standards and governance processes
- Align IT strategy and architecture with business objectives and long-term vision
- Lead the design of end-to-end enterprise solutions across applications data infrastructure and security
- Evaluate and recommend technology platforms tools and vendors
- Collaborate with business stakeholders product teams and delivery teams to ensure solutions meet functional and non-functional requirements
- Drive modernization initiatives such as cloud adoption microservices API-led architecture and digital platforms
- Establish architecture best practices design principles and reference architectures
- Provide guidance on scalability performance resilience and security
- Conduct architecture reviews and ensure compliance with enterprise standards
- Identify technical risks and define mitigation strategies
- Mentor solution architects and development teams
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science IT or related field
- 12 years of IT experience with 5 years in architecture roles
- US Citizen only with Remote working in US (minimal travel to client location) if based out of Wichita it will be a preference.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF Zachman etc.)
- Expertise in cloud platforms (Azure AWS or GCP)
- Experience with application integration APIs microservices architecture
- Knowledge of data architecture analytics and governance
- Strong understanding of security compliance and risk management
- Experience with DevOps CI/CD and Agile methodologies
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Azure/AWS Architect or equivalent certifications
- Experience in large-scale transformation programs
- Exposure to industry-specific solutions (e.g. Aerospace & Defense)
- Familiarity with AI/ML automation and emerging technologies
