Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to define and drive the organizations overall technology strategy ensuring alignment with business goals and long-term vision. The ideal candidate will lead architectural governance design scalable and secure enterprise solutions and support digital transformation and modernization initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Define implement and maintain enterprise architecture frameworks standards and governance models
- Align IT strategy with business objectives ensuring a cohesive technology roadmap
- Design end-to-end enterprise architecture covering applications data infrastructure and integration layers
- Evaluate recommend and implement emerging technologies platforms and tools
- Lead digital transformation initiatives including cloud adoption and legacy modernization programs
- Ensure interoperability scalability security and high performance across enterprise systems
- Collaborate with business leaders stakeholders and delivery teams to translate requirements into architecture solutions
- Provide architectural leadership and guidance for complex high-impact programs and initiatives
- Review solution architectures to ensure compliance with enterprise standards and best practices
- Drive adoption of architecture best practices governance models and documentation standards
- Establish and enforce architecture review boards (ARB) and governance processes
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience in Enterprise Architecture frameworks (TOGAF Zachman or equivalent)
- Deep expertise in application data and infrastructure architecture
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS Azure or GCP)
- Proven experience in digital transformation and modernization initiatives
- Strong understanding of integration patterns (API microservices middleware)
- Knowledge of security architecture and compliance standards
- Expertise in scalability performance tuning and distributed systems design
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Ability to influence decisions at leadership level
- TOGAF or equivalent architecture certification
- Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Exposure to data architecture analytics or AI/ML ecosystems
- Prior experience in large-scale enterprise environments
