Roles & Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end technical architecture and solution design for Salesforce implementations ensuring alignment with platform best practices and DevOps standards.
Direct the setup and optimization of the CI/CD pipeline using tools such as Salesforce DevOps Center or Git to enable automated high-quality deployments.
Define and enforce branching strategies coding standards and secure development practices across Apex LWC Flows and integration components.
Define scalable secure and compliant architectures aligned with Life Sciences industry standards and Salesforce best practices.
Translate complex business needs into target-state architecture data modelsand integration frameworks.
Own the blueprint for Life Sciences Cloud Health Cloud and OmniStudioimplementations.
Identify opportunities to leverage AI automation digital engagement and platformupgrades for Life Sciences programs.
Stay current with Salesforce product innovations (Life Sciences Cloud HealthCloud OmniStudio).
Recommend platform optimizations deprecations and modernization strategies.
Drive adoption of reusable assets and frameworks across teams.
Ensure compliance for HIPPA and GDPR etc
