They boast 200 providers operating out of more than 100 clinics and representing over 20 medical specialties and subspecialties conducting more than 1 million patient visits each year.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The otolaryngologist will see a variable number of patients per day depending upon the types of appointments scheduled. All visits are supported by dedicated clinical assistants.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- treat conditions of the ears nose and throat
- examine evaluate and perform tests to diagnose degree of hearing loss
- examine evaluate and perform tests to diagnose degree of speech loss
- examine evaluate and perform tests to diagnose injuries to the larynx
- assist patients with a limited or altered sense of smell
- treat nosebleeds infected mastoids sinusitis etc.
- treat patients undergoing tonsillectomies and adenoidectomies
- treat patients with tumors in the head or neck
- treat patients with defects in the ears nose or throat
- collaborate with and/or refer to other medical practitioners as needed
The practice uses the MDLand EHR.
The physician will work with a majority Chinese-speaking patient population and must be fluent in Mandarin and/or Cantonese.
REQUIREMENTS:
- New York medical license
- DEA
- Board Certified / Eligible Otolaryngology
- must speak Mandarin or Cantonese fluently
