The Role:
Role Summary
The Enrollment Coordinator manages the onboarding and compliance process for Employer of Record (EOR) providers and participants in the Paid Internships Program (PIP). This role ensures providers meet all employment and program requirements maintains accurate records across multiple systems and partners with Regional Centers consumers and internal teams to deliver a smooth enrollment experience while supporting compliance and service readiness.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage the onboarding process for Employer of Record (EOR) providers by coordinating applications verifying employment eligibility completing background check requirements and ensuring all onboarding milestones are met.
- Maintain provider compliance by tracking certifications documentation and ongoing program requirements while ensuring records remain accurate and up to date.
- Process provider files and maintain accurate candidate statuses within Salesforce matching approved providers with Regional Center consumers and supporting timely service delivery.
- Coordinate enrollment activities for the Paid Internships Program (PIP) including collaboration with Regional Centers worksites employment agencies and internal teams while supporting annual reporting and audit requirements.
- Respond to consumer and provider inquiries maintain operational reports and dashboards and complete additional administrative projects and duties as assigned.
This is a hybrid position coming into the Fullerton office up to 3x per week.
Work Schedule: Business hours are 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Pacific Time. Depending on the position and business needs employees may be required to work any scheduled shift within these operating hours.
What You Bring to the Table:
Qualifications
- Fluency in Vietnamese is highly preferred
- Bachelors degree preferred.
- 12 years of customer service operations healthcare administration or related experience.
- Experience working with CRM systems or case management platforms such as Salesforce or similar systems preferred.
- Strong organizational communication and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive self-motivated professional who exercises discretion with confidential information and maintains a high level of accuracy.
