Endurion is seeking an Enlisted Academy (EA) Instructorfor the Joint Special Operations University (JSOU) mission in support of United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM).

Job Description:

SPATHE is looking for a qualified person to support our multi-year contract with the Joint Special Operations University (JSOU) mission in support of USSOCOM. As an EA Instructor provide subject matter expertise instruction to JSOU students and support and assist in the execution of JSOUs educational support services with emphasis on military studies.

The candidate shall perform the following tasks:

Requirements:

• Responsible for the integration and instruction of an educational framework of enlisted leader development centered on Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff (CJCS) Commander USSOCOM and SOF-P approved learning areas outcomes and enlisted desired leader attributes (EDLAs).
• Assess advise and mentor students at primary and intermediate PME levels (Grades E6 to E7)
• Develop and maintain course curriculum and material for relevancy and accuracy.
• Prepare and deliver resident and non-residence courses of instruction utilizing JSOU teaching methods.
• Perform research and conduct peer-to-peer outreach with SOF and conventional forces on national security affairs and joint operations related subjects to keep course material updated.

Qualifications:

• BA/BS required in any field. Degree must be from a regionally accredited U.S. college/university or internationally recognized college/university.
• E-8 or above with 15 years of SOF Enlisted experience at the rank of E-8 or above.
• JSOFSEA graduate or 3 years operational level experience required.

Schedule:

0800-1700 Mon-Fri adjusted hours as needed.

Travel:

• Travel is required to various CONUS and OCONUS locations including hazardous sites. The candidate may travel as initiated by written tasking.
