Enhancement Crew Member

What Youll Be Doing:

• Work on commercial enhancement and hardscape projects
• Install and maintain landscaping featuresmulch plants stonework seasonal color etc.
• Use mowers trimmers blowers and power tools with care and skill
• Support grading planting drainage and basic masonry tasks as needed
• Help load/unload equipment and maintain tools daily
• Follow Crew Leader instructions and ensure every job site is clean and safe
• Take pride in creating beautiful functional outdoor spaces

What You Bring to the Table:

• 12 years of landscape or hardscape experience preferred (but well train the right person!)
• Comfortable using landscape tools and machinery
• Strong attention to detail and solid work ethic
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather
• Valid drivers license is a MUST
