Job Description

What You Will Do:

• Assist with managing building systems including HVAC plumbing electrical refrigeration and water treatment
• Help plan and evaluate preventive maintenance schedules
• Conduct room and equipment inspections and identify repair needs
• Ensure team members have needed tools and supplies through approved platforms
• Coach and support maintenance associates in alignment with Atriums Core Values
• Assist with scheduling vendor proposals and hands-on repair work

What We Are Looking For:

• 1 year of maintenance or engineering experience required
• Prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• HVAC electrical or plumbing certification preferred
• Strong troubleshooting organizational and communication skills
• Willingness to lead by example and complete technician-level tasks as needed
