Our Engineering Division reviews and inspects the capital projects that build improve and maintain the roads and utility systems our community relies on every day. This role is far from a desk-only jobyoull be out in the field inspecting public infrastructure for both City projects and private developments ensuring that everything meets our high standards.
As a working supervisor youll play a key role in guiding projects from concept to completion. Responsibilities include performing field inspections developing and managing capital projects drafting and reviewing construction contracts verifying compliance with engineering standards and overseeing contractor pre-qualification in alignment with requirements.
This position follows a regular work schedule of Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

An Associates Degree and five years of directly related experience are required; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed in the job description.
Licensing:- Valid drivers license Oregon Class C with an acceptable driving record
