Retail and Marcom Engineering an ISu0026T team builds and operates the systems and experiences that connect Apples products with its customers. The team owns the technology behind both Apples online and physical stores and drives the interactive marketing experiences and tools that keep creative operations moving. Together those functions deliver the technology behind every product story Apple tells and every purchase a customer ISu0026T Retail Engineering organization is seeking a passionate project management expert to own large complex initiatives that shape the development of both software and hardware this role you will define and execute strategies that align cross-functional teams drive clarity in ambiguous business challenges and deliver scalable solutions that contribute to our platforms long-term success. You will leverage technical depth strategic systems thinking and high-impact communication to navigate complexity and influence key decisions across engineering product and business domains.

5 years of hands-on experience in engineering project managementnExperience in software development life cycle methodologiesnBachelors Degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field; or a minimum of 5nyears of relevant experience.

Proven ability to drive multi-year multi-team programs that require both customer and technical leading customer-facing software initiatives balancing business objectives customer impact and engineering with enterprise-scale software development lifecycles including launch strategies compliance and operational successfully completing and delivering projects using an Agile managing cross-org dependencies across multiple engineering product and business in setting up governance models decision-making frameworks and program health to drive consistency in execution across different teams priorities and track record of influencing at all levels from engineers to C-suite executives through clear and compelling written and verbal handling multi-functional trade-offs ensuring collaboration rather than friction across engineering product and design facilitation and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize across competing workstreams and lead teams to meet deadlines with minimal experience managing program budgets and forecasting resource needs across multi-team understanding of engineering workflows and architectural trade-offs including highly available distributed and scalable enterprise systems even if not hands-on with scalable architectures cloud infrastructure APIs and software development best ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with frequent change and evolving or Scrum Master certification preferred.
