Minimum Qualifications
5 years of engineering program management (or equivalent technical project management) experience in a software development environment
Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional programs involving multiple engineering teams shipping on tight timelines
Strong organizational skills - you bring structure to ambiguity and keep complex workstreams moving without constant direction
Technical fluency - you can read an architecture diagram understand a dependency chain and ask the right questions in a sprint review
