Here youll do more than join something youll add looking for a Senior Engineering Program Manager with a strong track record of building search infrastructure and delivering search products with world knowledge answering features using innovative technologies upon an aggressive timeline. The program manager will lead a large cross functional project to help improve Apples over 1 billion customers experience. The role will work with world level deep learning and AI engineers applying groundbreaking AI technologies including Large Language Models to enable exciting new user experiences and continue improving quality for shipped features.

Drive consensus across multiple groups with varying opinions u0026 needs. nInfluence entire teams around a common purpose and drive conference on the plan of and manage project schedules with clear dependencies critical path and systematic methodology to communicate identify and manage risks close gaps and and re- plan as teams on critical path with efforts to minimize clear timely and objective communication including regular program status updates and one-off reviews as needed to executive an eye on any potential gaps across dependency teams and proactively promote regular communications on common source of and regular insurance of alignments across all stake holder teams when new factors measurements to help team understand and measure success including quality usage scale and other key for user and company values when leading team to convergence on key open early feedback collection from internal dogfooding during feature convergence drive team to address feedback in feature for quality and user experience using both quantitative and qualitative on how the team operates proactively propose and implement new ways to enable more effective processes u0026 delivery of results.

Drive End-to-End program execution across multiple stakeholders and maintain execution technical dependencies and system continuous improvement and operational excellence.

8 years of experience in driving large scale program building machine learning powered products.n3 years experience bringing a product from concept to completion ideally working on machine-learning features and/or sophisticated backend and front-end with Cloud Infrastructure (AWS GCP or Azure).nDeep understanding of software development for machine-learned products and services and how analytics and evaluation data can help improve those program management skills including program structuring and managing multiple work streams interdependently.n

8 years experience in delivering search and generative answer quality improvements is a or Masters degree in Computer Science or related field and equivalent ability to deal with ambiguities drive disambiguation and clarities shepherd multiple teams to meet aggressive orchestrating the delivery of multiple significant client/server software products requiring large organizations (100) across teams to and results driven mindset focusing on driving what leadership skills including conflict resolution negotiation courage to take risks when adaptability and agility in making adjustments to project strategy and plan with evolving problem-solving skills with attention to knowledge of technical system architecture and systems design desire to learn aptitude for problem solving and the ability to make sophisticated -motivated and proactive with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities required to forge a path to ability to communicate abstract ideas clearly manage comprehensive yet succinct project status update to all levels of audience both verbally and in written forms.
