Engineering Program Manager, Manager Data Center Operations

Infrastructure Services is part of ISu0026T and the foundation of Apples global operations -- managing data center equipment and systems to deliver compute storage and networking services for teams across Apple including its internal developer community. From individual facilities to a worldwide network Infrastructure Services ensures the technology underneath everything works without question. We are looking for a highly motivated Engineering Program Manager (EPM) Manager to join Apples Data Center Program Management team. You will be the connective tissue between execution and strategy - driving impactful programs and delivering measurable results across all functions of Data Center Operations unifying efforts from design to construction planning to deployment and strategy to operations.

In this role you will partner with stakeholders to define problems and drive solutions that improve data center operations at scale. You will lead multiple concurrent programs balancing strategic vision with tactical execution in a fast-paced high-stakes environment. Success requires sound business judgment strong analytical thinking and the ability to influence across all levels - from engineers and technicians to senior leadership. Lead a portfolio of data center programs from planning through execution ensuring on-time high-quality delivery across cross-functional teamsnDrive strategic planning and roadmapping in partnership with leadership translating organizational priorities into executable program plansnOwn end-to-end program execution driving accountability resolving blockers and maintaining momentum across multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced environmentnProactively manage risks and escalations developing mitigation strategies and contingency plans across the portfolionServe as a trusted partner to senior leadership and cross-org stakeholders providing clear and consistent communication on status and decisionsnBuild and develop a high-performing EPM team coaching individuals to grow professionally and fostering a culture of accountability collaboration and continuous improvementnEstablish program governance and operational rigor through best practices metrics and reporting frameworks that scale across the teamnInfluence without authority across engineering operations and senior management to drive alignment and outcomes

Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science or a related field; OR equivalent job-related experience.n6 years pf Program Management experience with a proven track record of delivering complex large-scale data center or infrastructure programsnLeadership or supervisory experience with demonstrated ability to build and develop teams

Deep knowledge of data center operations including infrastructure lifecycle capacity planning and construction or commissioning processesnProficiency in program management tools methodologies and techniques including scope schedule budget risk management and metrics trackingnSignificant experience navigating complex matrixed organizations across hardware software and operations teams within large-scale technology companiesnPrior experience partnering with Finance Real Estate or Supply Chain on capital programs budget planning and resource forecastingnExpert level ability to communicate directly and clearly with an emphasis on clarity precision and active listeningnProven ability to lead a team and define and drive success measures across both individual programs and a broader portfolio
