Own end-to-end program delivery for a portfolio of engineering features across our capacity management tooling ecosystem from kickoff through launchnDrive cross-functional alignment across engineering product data finance and operations teams to maintain velocity and resolve dependenciesnDevelop and maintain detailed program plans milestones and risk registers; anticipate blockers and drive resolution before they impact deliverynPartner with engineering leads to define scope sequence work effectively and hold teams accountable to commitmentsnAdvocate for automation and tooling investments that reduce manual processes and improve the accuracy and efficiency of capacity planning workflowsnSynthesize program status risks and decisions into clear concise communications for stakeholders at all levels including senior leadershipnEstablish and continuously improve program management practices and execution standards within the team

10 years of experience in engineering program management preferably in a large-scale data-driven technology organizationnDemonstrated track record of delivering complex software projects on time and with quality in a fast-paced environmentnStrong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to drive alignment across engineering product finance and operations stakeholdersnExcellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex technical and operational concepts to stakeholders at all levelsnProven ability to see around corners identifying risks dependencies and organizational blockers early and driving resolution proactivelynBachelors degree in computer science business or a relevant field required; MS MBA or other advanced degree a plus

Experience managing tooling or platform engineering programs in a cloud infrastructure or capacity planning environmentnWorking knowledge of capacity planning concepts infrastructure forecasting or cloud financial operationsnFamiliarity with data engineering workflows and an ability to partner effectively with data and analytics teamsnKnowledge of modern infrastructure technologies frameworks and methodologiesnExperience driving automation initiatives that replace manual processes with scalable reliable tooling
