Engineering Program Manager, Central Quality, Apple Services Engineering

This role is focused on executing on regulations and compliance across the world such as the Digital Markets Act Data Act AI Act and others. Designing scalable solutions to deliver on such regulations with desired quality typically requires working with expert teams across software engineering operations legal and others. Apple teams that are needed to solve these problems are spread throughout the company so its imperative to be an expert at building and growing relationships.

In this role youll work closely with the quality team to promote best practices and continuously improve program management processes. Additionally youll drive XF projects across teams of highly skilled engineers and program managers providing guidance fostering collaboration and driving excellence in their must be comfortable operating independently in new and unfamiliar domains quickly building competence in new regulations to inform your work. Success requires breaking down complex problems into manageable pieces leveraging experts and owners and adapting as we learn more. Teams expect us to - provide clear direction collaborate to design solutions that are forward-thinking help drive decisions and deliver compliance outcomes for Apple. Strong communication is required for our success and credibility. You are required to synthesize complex issues into clear points. Oversee the overarching Quality Engineering program lifecycle facilitating cross-functional coordination and breaking down complex project goals into manageable as the primary point of contact and strategic subject matter expert for all things QA on assigned with engineering and product teams to identify critical use cases for test plans and strategically plan comprehensive End-to-End (E2E) test and manage the QA sign-off process end-to-end driving critical decisions and ensuring product continuous status tracking and provide clear tailored reporting to stakeholders across various levels of strict audit readiness and maintain impeccable record integrity in alignment with evolving industry regulations and Apples compliance and guide content creation related to quality standards testing protocols and compliance documentation.
