Partner with multiple Engineering leads to drive cross functional programs through delivery; inclusive of timelines planning requirements and dependencies. This role requires you to build trust with engineering partners and persistently remove ambiguity by seeking to reduce complexitynManage risks mitigations and drive alignment across the organization and between teamsnProvide clear timely and objective communication including regular program status updates and critical issues as needed to executive teamnCoordinate discussions and break down complex issues into discussion topics to drive engineering and design alignment with support from project team maintaining an orientation toward teamwork and collaborationnProactively identify issues and solutions and mobilize resources necessary to attack and resolvenCoordinate with teams to identify issues prioritize tasks and track risks to schedule and product quality including cross-functional dependencies

5 years of experience in Program / Project management successfully leading highly cross-functional software developmentnExperience leading large programs; from requirements gathering collaboration with product and design teams through software development and release qualification while maintaining a high bar for qualitynProven self-starter who is dedicated and demonstrates creative and critical thinking abilitiesnSystems within this scope are complex so you will not only be expected to be able to readily understand complicated and subtle interdependencies but also to evaluate new requests and new information in light of these systemsnExceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to filter and distill relevant information for the right audiencenProven record in defining processes developing metrics and executing on them while driving program maturity and process optimization. Being able to think on your feet is important as is the ability to thoughtfully and efficiently debate the validity of a given approach to any aspect of a project under your control

Past experience with mobile-first client side frameworks programs. Building a framework offering and driving/tracking adoption is a plus.n10 years of experience in technical program management service delivery or engineering leadershipnA history of leadership decision making negotiation skills and ability to influence partners without direct authoritynStrong analytical thinking analysis and problem-solving leading multiple complex projects simultaneouslynAbility to communicate abstract ideas clearly and independently manage complex project objectivesnProven experience driving multi-team development schedules across both server and client environmentsnHands-on experience driving AI initiatives - from early problem framing data analysis through development evaluation launch readiness and ongoing service managementnPrevious experience building customer facing products / services with foundational understanding of the technical details
