SummaryThis role is responsible for leading the engineering and design departments at Tri-Phase that consists of application engineers electrical and mechanical designers and project management. The Engineering Manager ensures external customers receive the support needed both pre and post-sales and that internal documentation and procedures are followed to support other departments. Duties and ResponsibilitiesManage application engineers that provide pre and post-sales support designers providing detailed drawing development and project management for all new and coordinate training for engineers to develop their technical understanding of the products and solutions Tri-Phase implement and refine processes to ensure accurate quoting documentation project management and with the sales leader to provide needed pre-sales support for solution development and post-sales support to ensure successful completion of staff to assign tasks provide training and assess the technical onboarding training for application engineers designers and with engineers and designers to develop and build demo systems as needed by with the Project Manager to provide needed support on larger engineering and prototyping resource allocation across projects sales needs and other critical projects stay on track and provide support as needed to resolve an employee-focused solution-oriented in higher-level management planning and strategy 6-7 years experience in the automation field with exposure to a variety of technologies and applicationsSolid computer skills including Microsoft Office technical mindsetDegree in electrical mechanical or other related engineering fieldsStrong organizational communication and listening to problem-solve and show critical thinking.
