• Lead a talented team of full-stack engineers to design and implement scalable applications using TypeScript and .
• Oversee the deployment and management of applications on AWS ensuring high availability and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine product requirements and technical specifications.
• Mentor and develop engineering team members fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Drive the adoption of best practices in software development including code reviews and agile methodologies.
• Analyze and optimize database performance using PostgreSQL to support application growth and efficiency.
• Contribute to the strategic direction of the engineering team and participate in high-level architectural decisions.

• 510 years of experience in software engineering with a proven track record in a leadership role.
• Strong expertise in TypeScript and with hands-on experience in building full-stack applications.
• Proficient in cloud services particularly AWS with a solid understanding of deployment and infrastructure management.
• Experience with relational databases specifically PostgreSQL and a focus on performance optimization.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor engineering teams fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

• Experience in the DevTools or API SDK space with a strong understanding of developer needs and workflows.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools enhancing team efficiency and project delivery.
• Previous involvement in a startup environment adapting to fast-paced changes and challenges.
