Engineering Manager JOS2035 - GA
Starting base salary: $90-100K
Summary
The Engineering Manager will be responsible for the successful production of engineering and shop drawing deliverables (2D and 3D as required) through the effective supervision of Engineers & Drafters. This person will have a passion for and know how to leverage technology to drive the delivery strategy that produces high-quality with a strong focus on improving the design phase and project outcomes. This position reports to the GM.
The Engineering Manager will be responsible for the successful production of engineering and shop drawing deliverables (2D and 3D as required) through the effective supervision of Engineers & Drafters. Responsibilities
- Communicates requirements to production department.
- Proper and accurate interactions directly with customers
- Produces CNC programs and shop drawings for manufacturing.
- Communicates with contractors Sales Project Managers and Designers.
- Monitor drafting primarily in AutoCAD to produce usable shop drawings as well as marketing & concept drawings
- Experience with ERP systems CRM systems Excel Quality Improvement Processes (5s Six Sigma Lean general experience with continuous improvement process/teams) is a Huge Plus!
