Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the engineering team providing technical guidance and mentorship.
• Oversee electrical engineering electrical design power distribution and industrial automation projects.
• Drive the development and implementation of control systems and manufacturing solutions.
• Support engineering operations while ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing processes and product quality.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards safety requirements and industry best practices.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across engineering and manufacturing operations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of electrical engineering experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• At least 3 years of engineering leadership or supervisory experience.

• Proven ability to lead engineering teams and manage technical projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a small or growing manufacturing company.
• Hands-on experience supporting manufacturing operations and engineering process improvements.

Location Requirements

• Strong preference for candidates located in the Greater Hartford or Rocky Hill Connecticut area.
• Non-local candidates will be considered; however relocation assistance is not available.
