Engineer Warranty and Reliability
Job Summary
The Warranty & Reliability Engineer owns the end-to-end warranty lifecycle integrating data analytics failure analysis and corrective action to improve product reliability and reduce warranty cost. This role bridges field performance with engineering by identifying trends determining root cause and driving cross-functional solutions across design manufacturing and suppliers.

The ideal candidate will possess the following knowledge skills and abilities:
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel SQL and/or BI tools (Power BI Tableau)
- Proficiency in root cause analysis methodologies (8D 5 Whys FMEA)
- Experience with reliability testing failure analysis and product validation
- Familiarity with ERP and warranty management systems
- Problem-solving and critical thinking
- Cross-functional leadership and influence
- Strong communication skills (technical and executive-level)
- Attention to detail with ability to synthesize complex data
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced evolving environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in automotive battery energy storage or related industry strongly preferred
- Proven experience with both data analysis and technical failure investigation
