• Design and implement backend systems that support Web3 applications and payment infrastructures.
• Collaborate with a team of engineers to enhance the scalability and reliability of payment solutions.
• Develop smart contracts and integrate them into existing systems to streamline transactions.
• Analyze system performance and optimize backend processes for increased efficiency.
• Contribute to the architectural decisions that shape the future of the companys technology stack.
• Participate in code reviews and provide mentorship to junior engineers.
• Work closely with product and design teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

• 4 years of experience in backend engineering with a focus on Web3 technologies.
• Proven track record of building scalable applications and payment systems.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages relevant to backend development.
• Experience with blockchain technology and smart contracts.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and collaborative development practices.

• Experience in the fintech or crypto industry.
• Knowledge of decentralized finance (DeFi) applications.
• Familiarity with cloud services and microservices architecture.
• Contributions to open-source projects or active participation in the blockchain community.

The base salary for this role ranges from $180K to $250K complemented by equity participation between 0.1% and 0.25%. This is an exciting opportunity to join a pioneering company at the forefront of the fintech revolution.
