Title:Engineer Job Description:Maintain property and operations of building Typical Work Conditions:Entire hotel Equipment Used:Chemicals ladders tools for electrical carpentry and plumbing work paints and painting toolsKnowledge/Training:Fluent English read and write necessary High school diploma or equivalentThorough knowledge of hand tools and carpentry toolsMust be able to make repairs to basic electrical and plumbing systemsBasic maintenance knowledgeLicenses or certifications desirable but not requiredEssential Tasks:Inspects the building grounds and necessary repairs and equipment and local and state building with all company safety a maintenance log and writes shift any issues to the maintenance to repair and maintenance requests in a timely written and verbal instructions from the maintenance manager or with the maintenance team and contractors as and follows manuals blueprints and other written equipment including power tools hand tools electric tools and plumbing preventive maintenance as requested with a matrix and reports progress to manager upon conduct themselves professionally at all must be worn daily properly and never altered.
