Key Responsibilities

• Design configure test and document DCS and batch automation applications.
• Develop control strategies sequences interlocks HMI displays and batch logic.
• Participate in FATs SATs commissioning startups and customer training.
• Troubleshoot control system and integration issues.
• Lead small projects or major portions of larger automation projects.
• Mentor junior engineers and support technical knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with customers project managers and cross-functional teams.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science Mechatronics or a related technical field.
• 5 years of industrial automation or control systems experience.
• Experience with DCS platforms and process manufacturing environments.
• Strong understanding of ISA-88 batch automation principles.
• Experience with system testing commissioning and startup support.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in chemical food & beverage life sciences consumer products or other process industries.
• Experience with one or more major DCS platforms (e.g. Emerson Honeywell ABB Siemens Rockwell Yokogawa or similar).
• Knowledge of industrial networking MES historians or manufacturing systems integration.
