What Were Looking For

Were seeking a skilled and versatileMaintenance Technicianwith a strong basic foundation in multiple trades includingelectrical plumbing HVAC carpentry painting and locksmithing. Youll play a key role in maintaining hotel facilities and equipment ensuring safety efficiency and guest satisfaction. A hands-on approach and prior experience in hospitality maintenance are essential.

Who You Are:

• Proficient insafety protocols emergency procedures and safe handling of tools equipment and chemicals.

• Strongmechanical aptitudeand fluent in English.

• Committed toguest satisfaction service excellence and teamwork.

• Available to work a hospitality-driven schedule including weekends and holidays to meet guest service demands and operational needs.

• Physically capable of performing tasks involvingbending stooping and lifting up to 75 lbs.

What You Will Do:

• Perform work requiring strong basic skills in multiple trades with emphasis on yourprimary area of expertise.

• Respond promptly tomaintenance requests trouble calls and technical issues throughout the hotel and grounds.

• Conductminor equipment repairsand supportevent setuptasks across the property.

• Handlehazardous materialsin compliance with MSDS and safety standards.

• Maintain accuratedocumentationof work performed and communicate status updates to supervisors.

• Check daily work assignments viaHotSoS and maintenance request lists.

• Ensurecleanliness and organizationof the work area and equipment and help maintain the shop part levels.

• Attend scheduledmeetings and training sessions and comply withuniform and grooming standards.

• Execute emergency procedures in accordance with hotel protocols.

• Promote acollaborative team environment supportsustainability initiatives and stay informed of hotel updates and operational procedures.

Your Experience Should Include:

• Previous hotel maintenance experience preferred.

• Basics English language communication skills.

• Basic carpentry electrical and plumbing knowledge required.

• Strong mechanical background with minimal 2-3 years hands on experience in maintenance related activity.

• Valid Florida Driver License preferred.

• Ability to regularly push pull lift up to 50 lbs

• Ability to communicate effectively in English verbally with team members leaders and guests required.

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule nights weekends and holidays as required.
