What You Will Do
Lead project planning and execution including the development and management of Integrated Master Schedules detailed program plans and key project milestones.
Manage program budgets and performancethrough the Collins Earned Value Management System (EVMS) ensuring effective cost and schedule control.
Coordinate Systems Integration activitiesacross development qualification and documentation to ensure high-quality andtimelydeliverables.
Drive change and risk managementidentifyingpotential challenges early developing mitigation strategies and implementing recovery plans when necessary.
Lead program status meetings partnering with technical leads and project teams tomonitorprogress address issues andmaintainalignment on priorities.
Collaborate across functional organizationsto resolve complex issues and keep projects moving forward in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
Engage with internal and external stakeholdersto communicate program status manage expectations and support overall customer satisfaction.
Apply strong problem-solving and communication skillsto navigate complex technical and programmatic challenges and drive projects to successful completion.
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a degree in Science Technology Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) unless prohibited by local laws/regulations and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field or in absence of a degree 6 years of relevant experience
Qualifications We Prefer
Experience developing and managing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) using Microsoft Project.
Experience supporting Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) to monitor program budgets costs and schedule performance.
Experience applying Change Management and Risk Management tools processes and best practices.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with technical leads cross-functional stakeholders customers and external partners.
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to provide clear concise program updates and effectively lead status meetings.
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify project challenges assess impacts and drive effective solutions.

The salary range for this role is 68900 USD - 131100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
