EliseAI improves housing and healthcare by integrating AI agents deeply into existing workflows simplifying how renters tour lease and request maintenance and how patients schedule and complete intake.

EliseAI has raised $250M and is a later-stage (Series D) company.

EliseAI is hiring Engagement Leads (5 years in accounting software implementation and customer management) to deploy its back-office accounting products to enterprise customers. You will be a forward-deployed accountant part consultant and part implementation expert helping customers scope configure and launch financial automation at startup speed.

• Manage customer engagements end to end with CFOs and finance teams deploying accounting and ERP products.
• Scope customer workflows and configure EliseAIs accounting software to fit.
• Own pre-sales and post-sales work for accounting products (GL AP AR payroll payments).
• Explain complex accounting and technical concepts clearly to customers.
• Move fast take ownership and build processes from scratch.

• 5 years of ERP or accounting software implementation (for example Finance Transformation at a Big 4 firm or at an accounting/ERP startup)
• Strong understanding of back-office accounting: GL reconciliations month-end close AP/AR
• Proven customer management with senior finance stakeholders
• A builder mindset that does not need heavy structure
• Willingness to work on-site in NYC 4-5 days a week

REVENUE: 21.25% of first-year salary. Est. fee per hire $34K-$49K; 5 seat(s) up to $207K if all filled.
