Job Summary
| Position Summary: | The Parking Enforcement Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all aspects of parking enforcement operations including the supervision of full-time part-time temporary employees and student workers. This role ensures the enforcement of parking policies and procedures monitors parking lots for safety and compliance and manages vehicle citation issuance and impoundment. The role requires strong decision-making skills effective crisis intervention and the ability to address and resolve customer complaints. Additionally the Parking Enforcement Supervisor supports special event parking logistics develops operational data and reporting tools and maintains updated procedures for enforcement activities. |
