Job Summary

JOB STATUS:Full time (40 hours/week) 12 Months Per Year starting As Soon As Possible

Do you enjoy helping people leading a team and connecting families with resources that make a real difference As the Energy Assistance Program Assistant Manager youll help families access critical resources support program operations and lead a team that makes a lasting impact in our communities.


WHAT YOULL DO:

  • Lead Program Operations: Support EAP ERRand Crisis programs while assisting with staffsupervision and training.
  • Assist Households in Crisis: Determine eligibilityand connect families with emergency energyassistance.
  • Build Community Partnerships: Work with vendors contractors and local agencies tosupport participants.
  • Maintain Program Compliance: Manage documentation reporting and program requirements.
  • Support Staff Development: Help train coach and guide team members.
  • Promote Program Awareness: Participate in outreach and education efforts throughoutthe service area.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Minimum:
One to two years of post-secondary educationor related experience.
Experience in customer service human services or a related field.
Preferred:
Experience working with low-incomehouseholds.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
Knowledge of energy assistance or community service programs.
Familiarity with heating systems and terminology.
