Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Energy Analyst to join our team in Houston Texas. The Energy Analyst will be responsible for analyzing energy usage and costs for our facilities and identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements such as implementing energy-saving measures and negotiating better energy rates

- Develop and maintain energy usage tracking systems to monitor and report on energy consumption and costs

- Collaborate with facility managers and other stakeholders to implement energy-saving initiatives and monitor their effectiveness

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in energy efficiency technologies and practices

- Prepare reports and presentations on energy usage and cost data for management and other stakeholders

- Work with utility companies and other vendors to resolve any issues or discrepancies in energy bills

- Assist with budget planning and forecasting for energy costs

- Ensure compliance with all applicable energy regulations and standards

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Energy Management Engineering Business or related field

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

- Knowledge of energy efficiency best practices and technologies

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Knowledge of energy regulations and standards is a plus
