What you will need:

• Certification: BC/BE in Neurology Neurosurgery with subspecialty certification in Neuro-interventional Surgery and Vascular Neurology.
• Qualifications: MD or DO degree with completed residency in Neurology Neurosurgery or fellowship training in Neuro-interventional Surgery Interventional Neurology and Vascular Neurology.
• License: Illinois Medical or pending

Perform advanced neuro-interventional procedures including endovascular coiling stenting thrombectomy embolization and angiography to treat cerebrovascular conditions.
Manage and treat vascular neurological disorders.
Lead the evaluation and development of treatment plans for patients with complex cerebrovascular conditions ensuring high-quality and effective care.
Collaborate with neurologists neurosurgeons radiologists and other specialists to provide comprehensive care and develop integrated treatment strategies.
Work with stroke-trained nurses and Advanced Practice Providers to coordinate and optimize patient care.
Participate in the on-call rotation to provide neuro-interventional and vascular neurology coverage as needed ensuring continuous patient care.
Engage in clinical research to advance the fields of neuro-intervention and vascular neurology with support by a dedicated research team as desired
Join an outstanding multidisciplinary team and robust referral base that includes excellent Neurologists Neurosurgeons Physiatrists Neuro-Psychologists and Neuro-Radiologists.
Join one of the largest academic Neurology and Neurosurgery groups in the Chicago region.
