Every day you will perform patient assessments administer medications manage complex care plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams adapting to rapidly changing needs in a fast-paced environment.

- Skilled performance in extreme life threatening emergencies.
- Prioritizing coordinating and meeting multiple patient needs and requests in a timely manner.
- Anticipating and preventing periods of extreme workload within a shift as evidenced by good time management and organizational skills.
- Detection and documentation of significant changes in a patients condition.
- Assist patients to understand their illness and the effects of lifestyle including diet activity smoking and weight loss.
- Assess and evaluates a patients readiness to learn and consider factors affecting a patients learning ability and knowledge level.
Required
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program. upon hire
- Registered Nurse: TN upon hire and
