We are seeking an experienced and dynamicNurse Managerto leadour expanding Endoscopy Services in Woburn MA. This is an exciting opportunity for a proven nursing leader who is passionate about engaging teams driving meaningful change and delivering high-quality safe patient care.

Position Summary
Reporting to the ACNO of Surgical Services the Nurse Manager provides clinical and operational leadership ensuring excellence in patient outcomes staff engagement and efficient use of resources. The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader who inspires colleagues builds strong interdisciplinary partnerships and fosters a culture of accountability safety and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support nursing teams through our outpatient facility

• Promote a culture of high-quality safe and patient-centered care

• Engage mentor and develop nursing staff to achieve professional growth and retention

• Drive change initiatives that improve workflows efficiency and clinical outcomes

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary leaders to meet organizational goals

• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards policies and best practices

• Manage staffing budgeting and performance metrics effectively

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the State of Massachusetts

• BSNrequired; MSN preferred(MSN required within 5 years of hire)

• Demonstrated experience as a Nurse Managerwith proven leadership skills

• Clinical experience in specialized care Endoscopy experience strongly preferred

• Demonstrated ability to effectively prepare coordinate and execute educational sessions geared towards the needs of the department

• Proven ability to lead teams manage change and build efficiencies

• Excellent communication problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Commitment to quality safety and patient experience

Preferred:

Membership in a professional nursing organization

Certification in specialty preferred or obtained within 2 years of hire
