The organization is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Endocrinologist to join its growing specialty care team in New Haven Connecticut.
This full-time permanent position offers an outpatient-focused practice with a strong referral network generated by an established primary care base. The endocrinologist will diagnose and manage a broad range of endocrine and metabolic disorders while collaborating closely with primary care physicians specialists diabetes educators dietitians and nursing staff.

Evaluate diagnose and manage endocrine and metabolic disorders including diabetes thyroid disease adrenal disorders osteoporosis pituitary disorders and hormonal imbalances
Develop individualized treatment plans and provide comprehensive long-term disease management
Deliver high-quality outpatient endocrine care utilizing evidence-based treatment approaches
Collaborate with primary care physicians and specialty providers to coordinate patient care
Partner with diabetes educators dietitians and clinical staff to support patient education and disease management initiatives
Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR) system
Participate in clinical meetings peer reviews and quality improvement activities
Stay current with advancements in endocrinology and emerging treatment protocols
MD or DO from an accredited medical school
Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine residency program
Completion of an accredited Endocrinology fellowship program
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology
Eligible for Connecticut State medical licensure
Active or eligible DEA registration
Strong clinical communication and collaborative skills
Prior clinical experience preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply
