IMMEDIATE HIRING OPPORTUNITY FOR A FULL-TIME/PART-TIME EMT IN ONEONTA NEW YORK AND DELAWARE COUNTY

Were hiring anEmergency Medical Technician (EMT)that will respond to emergency and non-emergency requests for medical assistance and deliver high-quality care treatment and customer service to patients.

Responsibilities:

• Assesses patients determines necessary care and delivers emergency services by utilizing appropriate medical techniques equipment and EMT scope of practice.
• Documents patient details condition and treatment while maintaining confidentiality and patient rights.
• Takes pride providing a safe clean and well-stocked environment for patients.
• Use appropriate EMT skills such as bleeding control oxygen administration and shock management.
• An EMT operates an ambulance according to applicable company safety policies and traffic laws related to the operation of emergency medical response vehicles.
• Works collaboratively and professionally with all allied health and public safety personnel as well as fellow prehospital providers.

Other Responsibilities:

• Establishes and maintains strong community relations through community programs.
