Baptist Health is looking for a EMS Dispatcher to join our team in Louisville KY
The position of EMSDispatcheris responsible forcommunications with Baptist Health EMS Ambulance Service crews for patients requiring transportation services to and/or from a Baptist Healthcare maintain overall accuracy and expediency of collating mustmaintaincurrent knowledge of EPIC software along with specialized products related to EMS patient care positionis responsible forthe integrity of dataregardingthe System Service Center EMS Dispatch Center. Theymust practice outstandingskillat protecting PHI and have exemplary communication and prioritization skills.
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required EMT education preferred.
Minimum of 1 year prior dispatch/communication experience required
Working knowledge and use of MS Office products
Must obtain Certified Ambulance Documentation Specialist (CADS) within 1 year from hire date
