We have an opportunity for the role of eMRO Client Services Representative within our Toxicology division based out of Richmond VA and this is an onsite role.
Toxicology delivers workplace drug and alcohol testing solutions that help employers maintain safe healthy and productive work environments.
What Youll Work On
- Support drug testing services by coordinating medical review activities across a diverse client base.
- Partner with MRO vendors clinicians laboratories and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely case resolution.
- Document client and donor interactions review activities and issue details with a high degree of accuracy.
- Manage inbound and outbound phone calls and emails related to test results reporting documentation and process inquiries.
- Maintain compliance with medical review procedures and assist in resolving process-related issues.
- Coordinate receipt and review of source documentation resolving missing information or discrepancies.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of results throughout the MRO review process.
- Request and track supporting documentation from vendors collection sites and clients to facilitate case completion.
- Perform follow-up activities to ensure reviews are completed within established timelines.
- Apply Abbott Rapid Diagnostics quality policies and procedures in daily operations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience supporting customer client service administrative or operations processes requiring accuracy and documentation management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university.
- Call center or contact center experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word Excel and Outlook.
- Experience supporting drug testing occupational health or workplace screening services.
- Knowledge of Federal DOT drug testing regulations.
- Familiarity with collection laboratory and medical review procedures.
The base pay for this position is
$18.45 $36.85/hourIn specific locations the pay range may vary from the range posted.
