Location

Los Angeles CA Hybrid schedule combining in-office collaboration with remote flexibility.

Job Description

• Manage employment litigation matters from intake through resolution
• Analyze claims involving discrimination harassment retaliation wage and hour and wrongful termination
• Draft pleadings motions discovery and substantive legal memoranda
• Take and defend depositions and participate in mediations and settlement negotiations
• Appear in court for hearings conferences and other proceedings
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients opposing counsel and the court
• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to advance cases efficiently

Qualifications

• Active California Bar license in good standing
• 4 years of employment law litigation experience
• Strong legal writing analytical and advocacy skills
• Ability to manage cases independently while contributing to a team environment
• Backgrounds in plaintiff defense in-house or solo practice are welcome
