The ideal candidate will have:
- 1-4 years of experience with a concentration in labor and employment law
- Outstanding academic achievementat a top tier law school
- Admission to California bar
- Experience with employment litigation (including discrimination harassment wrongful termination suits) and wage and hour litigation (required)
- Familiarity and experience with employment counseling (including the construction of employment policies and manuals and wage and hour counseling)
- Excellentcommunication skills with both clients and colleagues
