Job Description

• Manage California employment litigation matters from intake through resolution.
• Handle court appearances depositions mediations arbitrations and trials.
• Draft pleadings motions discovery and other litigation documents.
• Provide practical legal advice and counseling to clients on employment law matters.
• Collaborate closely with experienced attorneys on complex legal strategies.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Participate in business development and professional organizations as desired.

Qualifications

• Active California Bar license.
• 2 years of California employment law experience.
• Prior employment litigation experience is required.
• Experience representing plaintiffs employers or qualifying in-house clients with litigation responsibilities.
• Strong legal writing research and advocacy skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
