Serve as primary labor relations expert for OHFA to include conducting investigatory interviews
Review update maintain formulate and facilitate implementation of HR policies
Serve as American with Disabilities Act (ADA) Coordinator for OHFA staff to include receiving and acting on ADA requests
Serve as Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Act to prevent and address harassment and discrimination for OHFA staff and applicants

Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Public Policy Public Administration Business Administration or related field; AND 3 years experience in Human Resources of which at least two years are directly related to labor relations; AND possess experience with EEO ADA and/or policy writing.
OR 5 years experience in Human Resources of which at least three years experience is directly related to labor relations; AND possess experience with EEO ADA and/or policy writing.
