The Employee Health Supervisor is a professional nurse with advanced knowledge skill and competence in all areas of Employee and Occupational addition serves as a resource to all hospital departments and medical staff as it relates to Employee Health matters. Works with adolescent adult and geriatric population whether they are an employee auxiliary personnel student or medical staff member. Qualifications REQUIRED Must hold a Bachelors degree from an accredited school of nursing with four years of nursing experience. Demonstrated ability to assume Charge Nurse responsibilities and clinical expertise. Certified in Cardio-pulmonary resuscitation CPR PREFERRED Two years of experience in an Occupational or Public Health Nursing position Certification in Occupational Health COHN or COHNS or obtain within 18 months of hire. Emergency Department nursing experience. Three years previous experience in an Occupational Health leadership position. One (1) year of experience in a supervisory role. Proven skills needed to plan direct and coordinate activities and programs involving a wide range of departments. Work Hours: 7A-3:30PM Weekend Requirements: No On-Call Requirements: No
